Detailed Product Wanted Description

I am friends with a buyer mandate whose buyers are looking for D2.  We are currently working on an order of 500,000 MT / month at $410, but are starting to suspect that there isn't a liftable amount as our questions are being unanswered.  It's imperative we have a liftable amount of D2 as our buyers don't want their financial instruments out for 45 days.  Do you have any suppliers with D2 at the target price with a qty that is liftable now for 500,000 MT a month?  We are also interested in JP54.  Please respond back via email.
