ND Tech Co., Ltd. (ND-Tech) is a manufacturing company and its two major products are stand alone DVR and DSP Platforms.  Founded in 2000, ND-Tech is a Texas Instrument Third party member and ETRI's venture company. DSP STAR is a first product of ND-Tech which is used as a DSP development hardware and software tool. It has been marketed in North America through Texas Instrument website and Yahoo online store www.dspstar.com.   Greeny, s stand alone type DVR, uses eight channel camera video sources and employs wavelet compression. Its main characteristics are simultaneous video display, record, and playback and full resolution play and record for each camera, and remote functions such as access, recording to a local PC hard disk, and controlling the DVR operation through remotely.   We are now setting up manufacturing facilities expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2003. Once completed, we can manufacture up to 200 DVRs every month.  ND-Tech is located in Bundang, 30 mile south of Seoul in Korea and employs a workforce of 10 including 4 R&D engineers, 2 marketing staff, and 4 manufacturing staff. In 2003, expected revenue is about USD400,000.  We are now looking for partners in the DVR business. We can provide OEM product as well as fully packaged product. We are also open for DSP STAR reselling in any area of the world and technology cooperation.
