We have now from 20 to 30 labors and 4 accountants and engineers, also we have real estate broker, but I work without any managers because Im supervise my work directly. we are working as small companies, but we need to increase our real estate agency works as landlords and owner for some lands & buildings to increase our portfolio from 5% as maximum to be 30% or more
