We have taken a decison on placing orders for laminate flooring and would like to proceed in following manner. Please advsie if this is acceptable for you..  1. We will send you the designs for the laminate required by email and also send you the same designs in original by courior. 2. We want to request you to please send us your best prices FOB/Shanghai in USD for the samples we send you. Which has to be good for one year, since we plan to send you atleast one 20 ft contianre orders every month and we dont want any change in prices or quality once we start selling your products. 3. We need the exact same quality... As our samples. 4. We would request you to send us counter samples and we will pay for the courior costs. 5. Once we have recieved the counter samples and all looks good, we will open the LC at sight with the confirmed orders. The LC will have a inspection clouse and our rep will be in your factory to inspect the goods before they are shipped. Once you have recieved the Inspection certificate, you can ship the container to Canada and the LC will be paid. 6. We want to start with 20ft container..10 designs in 12.3 mm laminate with 2 skids each design. 7. The follow up orders will 20ft conatiner basis every month.. It may be more depending on sales. We are looking to develop a long term business venture with your company and it will not be one time orders so we would request you to please give us your best prices(one one you just sent us looks a bit high)and a commitment to fullfill future orders.
