AnnAik Limited (Registration No.: 197702066M) was incorporated in Singapore on 24 September 1977 under the Singapore Companies Act.  On 4 September 2003, AnnAik was listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST").  We manufacture stainless steel flanges, and high-pressured stainless steel forge pipe fittings. Our steel products conform to product measurement standards developed by relevant bodies that set standards and guidelines in steel industries in Germany, Japan, PRC, the United Kingdom and USA.  We distribute stainless steel products, which are used mainly in piping systems.  Our engineering construction business in Singapore concentrates on the supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical facilities in process plants focusing on steelworks such as steel structures, piping and storage systems.
