The Group acquired Tesch GmbH and Propack Data GmbH in fiscal 2002 & Interwave Technology, Inc in fiscal 2003. Control systems accounted for 79% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Power systems, 18% and FirstPoint contact, 3%.
