PCI Geomatics is a leader in the development of innovative software for the remote sensing, digital photogrammetry, and data visualization markets. The Company designs software that includes the broadest range of functionality, and operates on the most extensive list of computer platforms in the industry. Its software is primarily used by professionals and scientists for resource analysis and mapping applications in operations responsible for monitoring the earth and its resources. They include; agriculture, infrastructure, forestry, meteorology, mining and minerals, oceanography, oil and gas, transportation, urban areas as well as defense and intelligence. In addition to ensuring the continued growth of PCI Geomatics, Dr. Robert Moses engages in philanthropic work through advisory positions to several government bodies mandated with fostering the use and development of science and technology. Dr. Moses serves as: - Member of the Council of Science and Technology Advisors for the Government of Canada; - Co-chairman of the National Advisory Board on Earth Sciences for the Ministry of Natural Resources, Government of Canada; - Chairman of CRESTech (Centre of Research for Earth and Space Technologies), Ontario Center of Excellence; - Member of the Ministerial Advisory Council on Science and Technology for the Ministry of Natural Resources, Government of Canada; - Participant of the Industry Canada Steering Committee for Geomatics; - Member of the Space Program Overview Committee (SPOC) for the Canadian Space Agency. - Member of the Board of Director of GEOID a National Centre of Excellence. Dr. Moses is listed in the Canadian Who's Who. He also holds a degree in medicine from the University of Toronto and once practiced emergency medicine.
