The Group's principal activities are investment holding, assembler, manufacturer and marketer of new motor vehicles and motor vehicles parts and accessories; and assembler and marketer of heavy commercial vehicles and parts. The principal holdings of the Group are Toyota South Africa Ltd and Metair Investments Ltd. The Group imports, assembles and markets Toyota vehicles, parts and accessories, while Metair Investments Limited manufactures vehicle air conditioners, parts and other accessories.
