The Group's principal activities are carried out through four divisions: Auto parts: Through its 21 plants located in Mexico and 1 located in the USA it manufactures, assembles and distributes automotive parts and components such as manual transmissions, constant velocity joints, pickup beds, pistons and pins, among others. Chemical: Has 18 plants located in Mexico and 1 in Spain, it produces polystyrene, acrylics, emulsions, detergent phosphates, natural pigments, decorative laminates, particle boards, adhesives and water-proofing materials. Brands include Resistol, Fester, Acriton and Resikon. Food: Produces branded products including processed foods, and pork and shrimp products in plants located in Mexico. Brands include Del Fuerte, La Victoria, La Gloria, Nair, Blason and Embasa. Real Estate: Develops office buildings and residential and tourist developments. Auto parts accounted for 46% of 2001 revenues; Chemical, 33%; Food, 17% and Real Estate, 4%.
