The products are marketed directly to the automotive original equipment manufacturers. The Group has 73 manufacturing and product development facilities located in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and the United Kingdom. The Group's major customers are Ford Motors Company, General Motors, Daimler Chrysler and Lear Corporation. Driver control systems accounted for 34% of 2002 revenues; Seating control systems, 15%; Glass systems, 14%; Door, 11%; Engineered assemblies, 8%; Trim systems, 7%; Mobile, 7% and Other, 4%.
