The Company operates through seven segments: Disk brakes, Transmission parts, Steering units, Engine parts, Other four-wheeler parts, Motorcycle parts and others. Disk brakes accounted for 45% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Transmission parts, 19%; Steering units, 14%; Motorcycle parts, 8%; Other four-wheeler parts, 7%; Engine parts, 5% and Other, 2%.
