The Group's principal activities are carried out through three divisions: Automotive manufacturing division provides comprehensive engineering and design support to international customer base and offers manufacturing solutions throughout Europe. Products include door systems, body structures, bumpers and crash impact protection, and special products; Engineering consulting division provides design, engineering, and product development services to the automotive, transportation, industrial, and consumer product industries; Storage systems division supplies pallet racking, shelving and lockers for industrial and retail users. Automotive manufacturing accounted for 70% of fiscal 2002; Storage systems, 25%; and Automotive engineering consulting, 5%.
