Gasonics International Corpn.The principal activity of the Group is the supply of products and services for the dry photoresist and residue removal segments of advanced integrated circuit ("IC") manufacturing. The Group's products consist of photoresist removal systems, residue removal systems, isotropic etch systems, and high pressure furnaces for the semiconductor industry and low pressure chemical vapor deposition("LPCVD") and thermal annealing systems for the flat panel display ("FPD") industry. The photoresist removal systems use proprietary microwave downstream plasma technology, which is designed to increase yields in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices. During September 2000 the Company acquired Gamma Precision Technology.
