IMP, Inc.. The Group's principal activities are to design, manufacture and market integrated circuit (IC) semiconductor devices. The Group markets its analog IC technology in two basic forms: wafer foundry and custom IC manufacturing services and power management ICs. The wafer foundry segment manufactures IC wafers for other semiconductor vendors using own technology and customer-developed processes. The power management ICs segment designs, manufactures and sells standard analog power-management ICs. The products of the Group are used in different applications including instrumentation, industrial control, data processing, military, video, medical equipment and wide-area network systems, such as the Internet. The Group has operations in the United States, Asia and Europe. In fiscal 2002, Subba Mok LLC acquired interest in the Group.
