Xcelecom provides specialized contracting services in the electrical, mechanical, communications and data network infrastructure industries. American Payment Systems, Inc. (APS) provides a variety of financial products and services, including walk-in bill payments, prepaid telephony products and prepaid stored value cards. The information for the remainder of the Group's non-utility business and inter-segment elimination constitutes the Other segment. Utility retail accounted for 56% of 2002 revenues; Non-utility business, 36%; Utility wholesale, 5% and Utility other, 3%.
