Uecomm, another subsidiary, is engage in fibre optic network in the central business districts and urban areas of major Australian capital cities. On 31-Jul-2002, the Company sold its call centre and back office services business known as Utili-Mode to the Australian Gas Light Company Ltd. Electricity distribution accounted for 70% of 2002 revenues; NPS, 10%; Uecomm, 9%; Utili-Mode, 6% and investments and other, 5%.
