Dominion Resources Black Warrior Trust. The principal activity of the Trust is to acquire and hold certain overriding royalty interests burdening proved natural gas properties located in the Pottsville coal formation of the Black Warrior Basin, Tuscaloosa County and Alabama. The Trust collects the proceeds and makes quarterly cash distributions to unitholders. The Trust receives royalty interests and interest income on its investments.
