Natural gas distribution segment engaged in gathering, distribution and transmission of natural gas to customers in Arkansas. Marketing & Transportation segment provides marketing and transportation services in the Group's core areas of operation. Gas distribution accounted for 44% of 2002 revenues; Gas & Oil exploration and production, 40% and Gas marketing, 16%.
