In materials expertise the company assesses and measures the suitability of materials and the performance of the component under constraint. In technical services, the company assists in the conception of integrated circuits, and also programs components. The company became publicly held on July, 27 1999. In July 1999 the company acquired TTS (Stuttgart) in Germany.
