Automa-Tech. The Company's principal activities are the design, manufacture, marketing and installation of machinery for the printed circuit board industry. The printed boards are supports into which electronic components are inserted. These products are found in instruments and utensils such as office machinery, telecommunications, audio and video equipment, automobiles, medical equipment, aeronautics and others. On average 80% of the Company's production is exported. Photo exposure units accounted for 67% of fiscal 2002 revenues; ancillary services, 30%; transitic equipment, 3%.
