The Group operates through the following divisions: Tools (hand tools, cordless tools, fastenings elements and personal protection products and other DIY equipment to customers in the vehicle, construction, other manufacturing industries and consumer sector) and MediTech (dental products, medical plastics and analysis equipment with accessories to customers in the health care). Distribution of tools and equipment accounted for 50% of fiscal 2002 revenues; medical components, 17% and others, 33%.
