BIFS Technologies Corp. The Group's principal activities organized into three segments: Environmental Services, Emerging Technologies and Governmental Operations. Environmental Services provides a patented pollution control system using the bio-remediation technology for the treatment of wastewater, aircraft deicing and anti-icing fluids. Emerging Technologies operates an Internet service provider, Beach Access.net Inc. It provides telephone dial-up access and high-speed wireless technology services to its customers in the Myrtle Beach area and Horry and Georgetown counties. It is working on a technology to provide Internet access via television signals. Governmental Operations markets the products and services of the Group and provides the WinterOpsPro and SummerOpsPro ice-monitoring systems and for tracking of aircraft and personnel at airports. Emerging technologies accounted for 56% of 2001 revenues; Governmental Operations, 32% and Environmental Services, 12%.
