The Company develops, manufactures and markets hot stamping foils and holographic films. The Company also produces image transfer equipment, pad printing machinery, screen printing systems and printing supplies. The Company's products include metallized foil, pigmented foil, prismatic foil, holographic foil and specialty coated films. These foils are used on greeting cards, hardback and paperback book covers, wine labels, cosmetic and other paper and plastic packaging. The Company operates in the United states, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe, South Africa, the Middle East, Mexico, South America and Central America. The Company changed its year end from December to June in 1999. During fiscal 1999 the company acquired Holopak Technolgies Inc. Thermal transfer film accounted for 53% of fiscal 2000 revenues; holography, 37% and pad print and supplies, 10%.
