The Group has twenty five consolidated subsidiaries, seven in Germany, three in the Netherlands, two in Japan and three USA and one each in the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, UK and Spain. Powder Processing accounted for 68% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Plastics, 12% and Others, 20%.
