It also provides sign survey, project management and other services to customers in the United States. The Group's subsidiary, LandOak Company, Inc. provides automobile and light truck rental, leasing, financing and lease brokering. It also operates a financing and leasing division that offers internally financed as well as brokered automobile leasing for individual and commercial clients. Tice Engineering and Sales, Inc. which provided engineering and technical solutions for the apparel industry through the development or enhancement of equipment, discontinued operations in August of 2001.
