The Company conducts its restaurant operations through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sybra, Inc. As at December 31, 2000, Sybra operates 214 Arby 's restaurants as a franchisee of Arby's Inc in Michigan, Texas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. The Menu of the Company's restaurants includes roast beef sandwiches, potato products, salads, soft drinks and breakfast meat selections. In 2000, the Company discontinued operations of Lyon's restaurant subsidiary and sold the subsidiary in 2001. The trademarks of the Company include Arby's, Arby's Restaurants and Arby's Roast Beef Restaurants. Restaurant sales accounted for 99% of 2000 revenues and other, 1%.
