Buffalo Grill. The Company's principal activity is the operation of a chain of thematic restaurants specialising in "steak house" or grill cooked food. The restaurant's theme is influenced by the "Wild West" era of the last century and they are recognisable by their red roofs, white paneling and the old saloon style associated with that particular time. Buffalo Grill's cuisine, though highly influenced by American cuisine, is adapted to French taste incorporating such things as Roquefort dressing and creme brulee into the menus. European and American beers, French, Spanish and Californian wines are among its range of drinks. The Company has operations in Spain, Belgium and Switzerland as well as in France. Restaurants accounted for 89% of 2001 revenues; meat processing, 6%; franchise, 2%; hotels, 1%; other, 2%.
