Champps Entertainment, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is the ownership, operation and franchise of casual dining restaurants under the name of Champps Americana. On 26-Sep-2002, the Group owned and operated thirty-six restaurants in fifteen states and had twelve restaurants operating under franchise. The restaurants seat 207 to 360 guests and offer appetizers, main plate salads, sandwiches, specialty burgers and entree selections in traditional American style as well as in a variety of ethnic cuisine. They are built with multiple levels and elements such as Italian tile, slate style floors and wood accents. In addition to food and beverages, they also provide game room for arcade games, sporting events, music and other activities. The restaurants are primarily located in commercial areas, residential housing and high traffic areas, shopping malls and multi-screen movie theaters.
