Cooker Restaurant Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to own and operate full-service restaurants. The restaurants operated by the Group are located in Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee and Virginia. The menu offered by the restaurants include appetizers, soups, salads, chicken, fish, beef and pasta entrees, sandwiches, burgers and desserts. At 28-Feb-2002, the Group owned and operated 40 full-service restaurants. On 25-May-2001, the Group filed for voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition under the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Group operates solely in the domestic market.
