Campbell Soup Co.. The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and market soups, juice beverages, sauces, biscuits and confectionery products through four segments. The Soup and away from home segment comprises Habitant and Campbell's soups and Prego pasta sauce. The Sauces and beverages segment includes Prego pasta sauces, Pace Mexican sauces, Franco-American canned pastas, V8 Splash juice and Campbell's tomato juice. The Biscuits and Confectionery segment includes Pepperidge farm cookies, frozen products, Arnott's biscuits and Godiva chocolates. The International segment comprises operations outside of North America. The trademarks of the Group include Campbell's, Liebig, Pepperidge Farm, V8 Splash, Prego, Swanson, Franco-American, Bla Band and McDonnells. Soup and Away accounted for 41% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Biscuits and Confectionery, 25%; Sauces and Beverages, 19% and International soup and Sauces, 15%. The Group acquired Snack Foods Limited and Erin Foods in fiscal 2003.
