The Group's principal activities are carried out through three segments: Industrial Shipping Containers, Containerboard and Corrugated Products and Timber. Industrial Shipping Containers manufactures and sells shipping containers in over 40 countries throughout the world. Containerboard and Corrugated Products manufactures and sells containerboard and related corrugated sheets corrugated containers and multiwall bags. The products are manufactured and sold in North America. Timber includes the management and sale of timber on approximately 275,000 acres of timberland in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Virginia. The Group has 185 operating locations over 40 countries, which supply to a cross section of industries including chemicals, food, petroleum, pharmaceuticals and metal products on a day-to-day basis. Industrial packaging & services accounted for 78% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Paper, packaging & services, 20% and Timber, 2%.
