Mobile Mini Inc. The Group's principal activity is to provide portable storage solutions. The Group offers fixed self-storage and portable storage solutions and includes products such as refurbished and modified storage units, manufactured storage units, steel mobile storage units, wood mobile office units, records storage units and van trailers. These products are leased or sold to retailers, construction companies, medical centers, schools, utilities, distributors, the United States military, hotels, restaurants, entertainment complexes and households. As of 31-Dec-2002, the Group has a lease fleet of over 86,000 portable storage and office units. Customers include Wal-Mart, Motorola, Frito Lay, Holiday Inns (r), Target, Home Depot, Toys R Us and Walgreens. As of 31-Mar-2003, the Group operated 46 branches located in 26 states and one Canadian province. Leasing accounted for 84% of 2002 revenues, Sale of portable storage units, 15% and Other, 1%.
