The services of the Group includes network solutions, dedicated fixed wireline and wireless Internet access, unlimited dial-up roaming access to IFX Network's POPs, web design, web-hosting and co-location, dial-up local area network or LAN services as well as virtual private network or VPN services, and full technical support. The operations are conducted in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Uruguay, Venezuela and the United States. Dedicated line services accounted for 39% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Dial-up services, 51%; Web Hosting and Design services, 4% and Other, 6%.
