The Group's principal activity is to provide healthcare information services through two operating subsidiaries. ppoONE.com, Inc is an Application Service Provider to eHealth solutions for preferred provider organizations (PPO) and payers. ValueCHECK, Inc provides utilization review and case management for third party administrators, payers and PPOs. The products include WebCR, WebCRX, WebDM and GetData. These products and services comprise ppoONE's solution for claims repricing and PPO data management. ppoONE also offers an extensive reporting function and a tool to assist clients in loading eligibility, code fee schedule and affiliate data. The customers include PPOs, medical provider groups and insurance carriers, and other managed care companies. In October 2001, the Group acquired substantially all of the assets of Medical Review LLC. Administrative services accounted for 50% of 2001 revenues and Managed care services, 50%.
