The products include greeting cards, gift wrap, candles, balloons, stationery, non-prescription reading glasses and eyewear accessories. The Group's seasonal cards include for Christmas, Valentine's day, Easter, Mother's day, Father's day and Graduation. The products are primarily sold in approximately 125,000 retail outlets worldwide. The Group's major customers include mass merchandisers and drug stores. These customers are located throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Mexico, South Africa, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. In September 2001, the Group acquired BlueMountain.com, a division of At Home Corporation. Everyday greeting cards accounted for 40% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Seasonal greeting cards, 20%; Gift wrap accessories, 17% and Other, 23%.
