The activities of the Group are database development, documentation, training and ERP package implementation. The other activities are internet and intranet development, mainframe, system administration, testing and quality assurance. The major customers of the Group are AT&T, Caterpillar, Eli Lilly, General Electric, General Motors, Motorola etc. The Group operations in the United States and Canada through a network of 35 branches. Technology services accounted for 94% of 2001 revenues; reseller sales, 5% and hardware commissions, 1%.
