The services that are provided include benefits and payroll administration, health and workers' compensation insurance programs, personnel records management, employer liability management, employee recruiting and selection, performance management and training and development services to businesses in strategically selected markets. The Group operates throughout the United States. As of 31-Dec-2002, the Group operates 38 sales offices located in 21 markets. The Group entered into a marketing agreement with American Express, under which American Express is utilizing its resources and working jointly.
