P&I Personal & Informatik AG(P&I). The Company's principal activities are to develop, design, manufacture and market software products for personnel administration. The products include Payroll, HRMS and ASP. The Company also provides consulting and maintenance services with the licensing of its own software. The Company sells a limited range of hardware, software and printed forms produced by other companies. The software is available in different languages, called LOGA and are used for all human resources and payroll tasks which are to be performed. The Company has subsidiaries in Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Ireland. Maintenance services accounted for 34% of fiscal 2002 revenues; Consulting services, 33%; Licenses, 26%; Application service providing, 4%; Third party revenues, 2% and Other, 1%.
