The Group also provides outsource employee self-service applications. These services enable mortgage lenders, pre-employment screening companies, employers and other authorized users to obtain employee human resources and payroll information. Other services include unemployment insurance claims processing and unemployment tax planning and management to a broad range of employers. The Group operates under two segments: Payroll-based services and software and Unemployment cost management services. Payroll-based services services and software segment includes the work number services, human resources and benefits application services and customer premises systems and related maintenance and support. Unemployment Cost Management Services accounted for 59% of fiscal 2003 revenues and Payroll-Based Services and Software, 41%.
