IMCO Recycling Inc. The Group's principal activity is to own and operate aluminum recycling and alloying facilities and zinc manufacturing facilities. The Group's processing of aluminum includes used aluminum beverage cans, aluminum scrap and dross which are converted into molten metal, may blend in other metals to prepare precise aluminum alloy mixture. The processed aluminum is delivered to customers in molten form or ingots. The Group's zinc business includes converting of zinc scrap and dross to various products such as zinc oxides, dust and metal. The customers of the Group are aluminum producers and aluminum fabricators, diecasters, extruders, automotive, tire and rubber producers and galvanizers, steel companies and other processors. Aluminum Recycling accounted for 77% of 2002 revenues and Zinc Recycling, 23%.
