The Company is structured into three operational divisions: ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AND CONSULTING: offering analysis, assessments, audits and consulting services as well as logistics, industrial cleaning and site rehabilitation; WASTE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING: providing a variety of technologies for recycling industrial waste; WASTE TREATMENT: offering all hazardous waste treatment processes from incineration and physicochemical treatment to decontamination and final storage. Waste treatment accounted for 49% of 2001 revenues; services, 31% and waste recovery and recycling, 20%.
