USA Biomass Corporation (formerly AMCOR Capital Corporation) operates in "clean green" waste processing & recycling and contract waste transport services. "Clean green" waste is organic material in the form of plants, leaves, grass, weeds, shrubbery, bushes, trees, garden wastes and wood products from both commercial and residential sources, including sawdust, tree trunks, scrap lumber and untreated wooden pallets. The company has the exclusive right to provide transportation services from Waste Management's Los Angels-area transfer stations. During the year the company discontinued and disposed of all non-Biomass businesses. The company acquired American Waste Transport (ATW) in March 2000. Waste transport accounted for 73% of 1999 revenues and green waste recycling, 27%.
