Scheidemandel AG, a former manufacturer and wholesaler of industrial adhesives and special glues, transferred its operating activities in 1994 to its parent company, Deutsche Gelatine-Fabriken Stoess AG. The company now rents and leases real estate property, industrial equipment and production facilities to the parent company. Scheidemandel has one domestic subsidiary. Due to the small amount of trading shares, a regular trade was not guaranteed anymore. Therefore, the Scheidemandel AG shares were delisted from the stock exchanges, and trading ceased on January 21st, 1995.
