It is considered to be the latest member of El Sayad Group and the second industrial arm of the mother corporation. Its main activity is the production of a variety of home appliances under the brand name PASSAP.  The quality was assured by gaining the experience and technical interchange from Switzerland whose people are well known for their precision and accuracy. Price was made feasible by reducing the overhead expanses and widens the local manufacturing of most of the parts. In fact, more than 90% of the components used in the manufacturing of PASSAP products are locally made and provided by Egyptian suppliers. In the year 2003, Technopol was certified by Electrolux International Corporation to produce Chest Freezers under brand name Kelvinator(U.S.A.) which will be serving the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. Technopol Egypt is the only factory in the Middle-East that succeeded in receiving such a license from Electrolux Corporation
