We are a small hummus producing co-op founded by Wilfrid Laurier University students interested in non-corporate small-scale food production. We are based out of Waterloo, selling products at the local markets and health food stores aswell as through deliveries to catering companies. We carry a full line of gourmet hummus, baba ganouj, and other non-food Canadian and African produced handcrafts. Some of our profits go to Bosnian relief fund investments and overhead production to homeless shelters.
