PRODUCT INTRODUCTION Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) series products are widely used polymer with good  properties, applying in pharmaceuticals, beauties, beverage, adhesive, synthetic  resin, fibre dye, detergent, dyestuff, paint, electronic material, biological  engineering material, etc. PVP-K Homopolymer Series Physical properties exists  as white or milky white powder, and colorless or slight yellow transparent  liquid. It can dissolve in water, alcohol, isopropanlol or chloroform, not in  acetone or diethyl ether, polymers having molecular weight under 30000 can  excreted by the human kidney. PVP-K Pharmaceutical: Povidone K30 (USP26/BP2002) is a new and excellent  pharmaceutical execipient. It is mainly used as binder for tablet and pellet,  dissolving assistant for injection, flow assistant for capsule, dispersant for  liquid medicine and pigment, stabilizer for enzyme and heat sensitive drug,  coprecipitant for poorly soluble drug, lubricator and antitoxical assistant for  eye drug, PVP has been used as excipients more than one hundred drugs. Industrial: Suspension, disperser and emulsifier, Paint, coatings, Plastics,  resin, Adhesives, Glass fiber, Film, Ink, TV tube, Detergent, Tablet, Textile  dying and printing. PVP-I (PVP-Iodine/Povidone-I) Physical properties exists as yellow-brown or red-brown formless powder having  slightly special smell. It can dissolve in water and alcohol, not in diethylethe  or chloroform. It is complex with no irritation which can sterilize bacterial,  virus, fungus effectively. It is the first-selected iodinecotaining microbicide. Application Bactericide, virucide, fungicide for local anticeptic in surgical scrubs or for  other rapeutical purposes and protect patient from infection Microbicide for kitchen utensils in family Microbicide for food and feed industry Microbicide and disease-protector for animal PVP-I  was accepted into USP26 editor and selected firstly as iodine-containing  bactericide and disease-protector in the developed countries.  PVPP Series Physical properties : exists as white or slight yellow, free flowing hydroscopic  powder with odorless or faint characteristic smell. It抯  insoluble in water, alkali, acid and common organic reagents. Stereoscan  photographs show that it is voluminous particulars and has large total surface  and lots of porosity which is between 2-10nm. It can swell in water easily and  can complex with compounds. PVPF can only be used once. Application: Used  as stabilizer for beer, wine, vinegar and many juice and beverage to prolong  their storage life  Used  as disintegrant for table pill, partical-like granule and capsule drug in  Pharmaceutical industry.
