Nan Sing, widely regarded as a leader in the design, manufacture and export of polythene packaging, was founded in Hong Kong in 1957 before consolidating its Greater China operations in Dongguan in 1994 with a 200,000 sq. m. operating space. Nan Sing has been ISO-certified since 1999,with an annual production capacity of 40,000 metric tons. The workforce of over 1,000 regularly undergo intensive training to ensure consistent quality standards are maintained. Operations are vertically integrated: from product design and development, through raw material sourcing, production and quality assuarnce, to distribution. We have over 100 extruders operating around-the-clock, producing virtually every type of polythene and polypropylene film, such as 3-layer, varigauge and grip seal. The most up-to-date flexography and rotogravure printing presses are utilised to print any graphic or colour requirements in up to twelve colours. We have over 300 different machines converting film inot an almost infinite variety of packaging products.
