Rotary dryer is a drying equipment, and also known as rotary drum dryer. It is widely used for drying materials in cement industry, building material industry, metallurgy industry, chemical industry, etc. The rotary dryer is mainly composed by the revolving body, lifting plate, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other components. Though it has a better adaptability and can dry various materials with a simple and reliable operation, we still need do some thing to change the cost in rotary dryer machineworking process.

Here Henan Hongxing Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. introduces the methods to improve dryign capacity of rotary dryer:

1. Try to use cocurrent arrangement method.

The arrangement method of rotary drying machine is divided into two types: cocurrent and countercurrent. The total drying speed of concurrent dryer machine is relatively higher and the drying quality is also high, and the discharging temperature of this dryer machine is always lower than that of waste temperature, thus prevent materials from losing activity due to high temperature.

2. Increase the flow speed of the drying media.

When increasing the flow speed of the drying media, the drying efficiency will be enhanced and timely changing the drying media is conducive to the external diffusion. While increasing the flow speed of the drying media, customers can also properly increase the length of the cylinder of the drying plant.




3. Reduce feeding granularity.

The bigger the contact area of materials with the drying media is, the better the drying effect will be. The smaller the materials are, the higher the drying efficiency of the drying stage will be. The optimum feeding granularity will be smaller than 20mm.

4. Improve the internal structure of the cylinder and adopt combined material lifting.
