Vitamin B2 .2.500 mg.  Vitamin B6 1.000 mg.  Vitamin B12 5 mg.  Vitamin C10.000 mg.  Vitamin K31.000 mg.  Nicotinic acid 15.000 mg.  Calsium pantothenate 5.000 mg. Folic acid 500 mg.  Cholin chloride 500 mg. D-biotin 20 mg.  CHARACTERİSTİC :  SÜPERVİT forte contains all the vitamins which are needed for healty growth and productivity and also for prevention and cure of the disease in poultry and suckling animal It is very well diapersed and dissolved in water.It may be given by drinking water or milk. Any precipitation or obsruction are unlikely  INDICATIONS :  a)In Poultry 1-For prophylactic purposes 20 g of SUPERVIT Forte is added into 1 ton drinking water 2-In the cases of poor production, strees influences and any king of disease 100g (1 package) of SUPERVIT Forte in added into 1 ton of drinking water The medication will be continued up to time of the recovery or improve of the case as requested b)In suckling animal In sucling lambs, kids, calves, foals, and also in animal with single stomach SUPERVIT Forte is given orally via milk or water continuously or fora requested time at the following dosage For 20 Lambs or Kids 4 g (1 teaspoonfull) daily  For 4 Calves 4 g (1 teaspoonfull) daily  For 1 Horse 4 g (1 teaspoonfull) daily  For 50 Rabbits 4 g (1 teaspoonfull) daily  PRESENTATION :  Boxes of 10 baglets of 100 g, and plastic pzchzge of 1000 gram
