Detailed Description  HerbalCompress is the name of a treatment that use a round herbal ball of specialherbs. According to historical evidences, it has been used in Thailand for over 400 years in Thailand asmedicinal hot compress to relieve aches and pains of the body. The Herbal Compress madefrom various dried herbs wrapped in cotton traditionally used in Thai medicine.The Herbal Compress is used to alleviate pain or inflammation (especially goodpost partum) by opening the pores and bringing a medicinal heat to muscles toinduce relaxation. Direction : Bring water in a steamer to boil, lightly sprinkle the two pouches with waterand steam for 10-15 minutes or until hot. The steam softens the herbal compresses,releasing the essential oils in the herbs and intensifying the aroma. Alwayskeep one compress heated on the steamer while using the other one. Before puttingthe compress onto the skin, test the temperature by pressing the compress toyour arm. Wait until it feels comfortable. Do not rest the compress on the skinfor too long, just touch, press, lift and move in a constant and rapid motion.Each session should take 15-20 minutes.
